• 1. Compete

  Phi Beta Lambda recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. Through state-based competition, students compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills. State winners compete for honors at the National Leadership Conference each summer.

• 2. Travel

  Members of Phi Beta Lambda travel all over the United States to attend and compete at national conferences. Past trips have included Orlando, Nashville, Chicago, Atlanta, and Anaheim, to name a few.

• 3. Serve

  One of the three pillars of Phi Beta Lambda is service. As business leaders of tomorrow we must recognize the importance of giving back to the community in which we will have built our success. That is why PBL is a major donor to various nonprofit organizations including one of the nation’s largest contributors to the March of Dimes.

• 4. Network

  We all understand the importance of meeting fresh faces outside of our traditional social circles. As a Phi Beta Lambda member, you will meet intelligent and charismatic people across your campus, in your community, and all over the nation through partnerships, special events, and conferences.

• 5. Lead

  If you aspire to be a successful business leader, you must begin building leadership experience now. Phi Beta Lambda members have opportunities to lead at the local, state, and even national levels. From organizational management, to event planning, to financial forecasting; PBL provides various leadership positions that we need you to fill.
